Doctor of Chiropractic.
At the age of 9, Dr. Victor Tricoche experienced the power of chiropractic, he was suffering from severe neuro-muscular issues with constant muscle twitches and uncontrollable upper body jerks. Having tried many different medical doctors and medications none were able to help of find the cause of the problem, until he was cared for by a chiropractor, Dr. Neysa Rafols. After a couple of months of adjustments he recovered and since his life has been transformed.
Dr. Tricoche's passion is educating the public about chiropractic and the control of our nervous system. He has been on the radio, newspaper and is a guest speaker at schools, churches, clubs and other public arenas. He teaches on how chiropractors adjust to rid the body of nerve interference, so that the power that God put in the body can heal it. Dr. Tricoche's practice consists of newborns to his oldest patient of 100 years old. While some chiropractors focus on neck and back pain, he focuses on a more full body holistic approach to wellness care. Through adjustments, exercise, nutrition, suplements and a healthy mindset, he can address and help with most health concerns.

Alanna Stolp, APRN, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in leadership, advanced clinical care, and whole-person wellness. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Boise State University, completed a Master of Nursing in Leadership and Management at Western Governors University, and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Graduate Certificate from Purdue University Global.
From early on, Alanna knew she wanted to be part of the medical field. She began her career as an X-Ray Technician, but quickly realized she wanted a greater role in decision-making and patient outcomes. That drive led her to become a Nurse Practitioner—where she could combine clinical expertise, leadership, and autonomy to truly make a difference.
What she finds most rewarding about her work is helping patients feel better and regain their quality of life. She is passionate about empowering patients, addressing root causes, and creating personalized care plans that support long-term health and wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Alanna is a proud wife, mom, and dog mom. In her free time, she enjoys reading and gardening, finding balance and inspiration in both learning and nature.
Licensed Massage Therapist & Rehab Tech.
My name is Rafael, I am a Licensed massage therapist and rehabilitation technician. I have developed an interest on how muscles work and the role they play in helping the body heal. I take pride in being part of the patients' health journey. During my spare time I enjoy exercising, going to the beach and spending time with my family.
Office Manager.
My name is Leilany and I am the Office Manager. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management with over 11 years of experience. My main role is to oversee the daily office and patient operations. I am committed to making every patient experience a positive one. I love meeting and interacting with all our patients and watching as their health improves and transforms throughout their care. I enjoy going to the beach, working out and spending time with my family.
Office Biller.
My name is Peggy Russell, I am the new Medical Biller. My goal is to get insurance claims out clean and to be an asset to this great team of co-workers. I moved here 10 years ago from the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State. I enjoy spending time with my family, pets, swimming and of course, beach time.
My name is Daniella, I recently joined the Tricoche Team. I really enjoy seeing patients progress with each visit. In my free time I love to travel, try new food and spend time at the beach with my friends.
My name is Kenji Silva, my goal is to keep our patients informed and educated about all the amazing benefits of our services. I love connecting with people and helping them understand how we can support their health and well-being. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen trying out new recipes, relaxing at the beach, or spending quality time with my family and puppy.
